We only keep detailed information about our B2B customers and suppliers.  This data is only accessible by our management and is used for all purposes allowing us to maintain a normal customer-supplier relationship. We do not collect or try to collect in any way detailed information about the individuals connected to our customers or suppliers unless this information is given to us by the individuals or the company concerned and only as far as necessary to maintain a normal customer-supplier relationship.  Data is never transmitted to a third party without the consent of our customer or supplier.

If we have detailed information about private persons it is limited only to the legally required  information or to maintain a normal customer-supplier relationship.  The information contains the following details : company name (if applicable), name, billing address, delivery address, Phone number, mobile phone number, VAT number, bank account and all data which is within the scope of a normal customer-supplier relationship.,  You can request the details by sending an e-mail to info@mtimartin.be.  The data can only be deleted after the legally required period has expired.

The data is stored only on our private servers.  We do not use cloud-storage.  This allows us to protect all data in the best possible ways.
